2004-11-13 [Skydancer]: Let me make this very clear, the person creating the contest can do anything they like. It would be reasonable if they had a poll or selected impartial judges to select the winners, but there is absolutely nothing in elftown that says you cannot enter your own contest. If I, as the Herald contest co ordinator, want to enter one of the herald contests, there is nothing at wrong with that. Only those that would cheat, tend to worry about others cheating.
